People always say that MBA is the best 2 years in our lives.

No one ever talks about the vulnerable moments where we may have tears in our eyes.

As a matter of fact, those vulnerable moments are the most rewarding experience for me personally because they make me a better person.

In this video, I am going to share 3 times that I cried during my MBA time, which interestingly happened on 3 distinct occasions.

The first one is when I got constructive feedback from my classmates in class, which taught me how to become a more effective leader.

The second time I cried was because of a storytelling tradition of Stanford GSB, which taught me how to build human connection.

The last time was when I struggled with my MBA recruiting for months, which truly got me prepared for my current job.

Hopefully these stories can give you a fuller picture of the MBA experience and why they are truly the 2 best years of your life.
